Shipping/Lead Times Our items are handmade upon order and all have different "processing" times (time to make your item) prior to shipping. Items are completed with 5-7 business days, unless indicated otherwise. We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ needs. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at info@sewuniqueshoppe.com and someone from our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours (business days).
Shipping Methods Sew Unique ships USPS, UPS & Fedex (depending on which method is most economical and appropriate for each situation). If you have a preferred shipping carrier please let us know upon placing your order. Each package is carefully packaged when shipped. Sew Unique will NOT be held responsible for an item after it ships. Insurance will cover any cost for lost packages or damage for an additional charge, but it is not included in our standard shipping charge & must be purchased at the time of placing your order. Once the package is shipped, Sassy Unique is not responsible for giving refunds or replacing packages.
International Shipping We do not ship international at this time.
*Important* Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final (non-refundable) unless there is an error on our part (please see our "Return/Exchange Policy" page for further information. Unique N Sassy does not reimburse shipping charges. If you need to return/exchange an item for any reason it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any shipping fees.
