Return/Exchange Policy

Sew Unique  Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of all of our products we are unable to accept returns, unless it is an error on our part. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed to the payment method you used. 

If you receive an item which is completely different (wrong) from the one you originally ordered OR is defective we will happily exchange the incorrect item for the correct item you originally ordered. To initiate an exchange for an incorrect/defective item, please contact customer service at info@sewuniqueshoppe.com. If you would like to initiate a return/exchange you must contact US within 7 business days from receiving your order. *Refunds/exchanges will not be accepted after this 7 day period of receiving your order.

Unless the above conditions applies to your order, we cannot accept a return/exchange for any items purchased from our website. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for it if it becomes damaged or is lost during shipment. We cannot issue a refund for the items which were damaged or lost, as we do not have control over the shipment once it has been picked up by the postal carrier.  Unique and Sassy does not reimburse shipping charges. If you need to return/exchange an item for any reason it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any shipping fees. If you are sending an item back to us, a valid tracking number must be provided to us for proof of shipment.

REFUND POLICY:
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final (non-refundable).

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
*If you need to cancel your order it must be done so within 48 hours of placing order.*Once production on an order has begun it cannot be cancelled for any reason unless we are contacted immediately. Orders canceled after the 48 hour period cannot be canceled.
