    How Long Will It Take For my Order To Ship? top

    Our items are handmade upon order and all have different "processing" times (time to make your item) prior to shipping. Most items are made and shipped with 5-7 business days.  During the Holidays, expect a longer lead time. If you need an item sooner, please email us with order number and indicate delivery deadline. If we cannot complete your order within 5-7 business days, you will receive an email and have an option to cancel the order.  If you have any questions, feel free to email us at info@sewuniqueshoppe.com and someone from our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours (business days).

    How Will My Order be Shipped? top

    Sew Unique Shoppe ships USPS, UPS & FedEx (depending on which method is most economical and appropriate for each situation). If you have preferred shipping carrier please let us know upon placing your order. Each package is carefully packaged when shipped. SUS will NOT be held responsible for an item after it ships. Insurance will cover any cost for lost packages or damage for an additional charge, but it is not included in our standard shipping charge & must be purchased at the time of placing your order. Once the package is shipped, SUS is not responsible for giving refunds or replacing packages.

    Do You Ship Internationally? top

    Thank you for your interest in our products;however, we do not ship internationally at this time. We do plan to offer shipping internationally some time in the future.

    Do You Accept Returns? top

    All of our items are custom and personalized, and therefore, we are unable to accept returns.
    Please verify your information before submitting the order.


    Once you submit your order, we will send you a confirmation email so that we both agree on the information submitted. If you want to CHANGE ORDER DETAILS, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. We will send you a confirmation on any updates submitted by you.

    After you have received your order, and you notice AN ERROR WE HAVE MADE or you notice A DEFECT, email us immediately, and we will send you a replacement item or offer you a refund.

    You have 15 days to contact us in regards to a refund for a defective item.

    If you have purchased a nonmonogrammed item, and wish to return within the 15 days, you will be refunded the price of the item ( shipping not refunded).

    You may contact Sew Unique through our "Contact Us" form or by emailing us at info@sewuniqueshoppe.com OR sewuniqueshoppe@gmail.com. A representative will get back to you promptly during our regular business hours. Any emails received after business hours will be answered the next business day. If you do not hear a response within 24 hours please check your SPAM folder as our emails sometimes will go to junk mail.
